Key Responsibilities:

Client onboarding and ongoing account maintenance

Collecting, verifying, and submitting customer documents to Compliance

Preparing and managing customer agreements

Opening customer accounts and handling related documentation

Preparing reports and financial statements

Entering and managing data in internal systems
Key Requirements:

2-3 years of experience as a Customer Support Specialist

Strong knowledge of Excel, Word, and financial documentation processes

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Strong communication and negotiation abilities

Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment

Open to feedback and proactive in proposing improvements
Languages:
Fluent in Armenian, English, and Russian
