8.18 Consulting is looking for a Customer Support Specialist for its partner in the Investment Banking sector. If you have experience in client onboarding, financial documentation, and customer relations, this could be a great opportunity for you!

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  •  Client onboarding and ongoing account maintenance

  •  Collecting, verifying, and submitting customer documents to Compliance

  •  Preparing and managing customer agreements

  •  Opening customer accounts and handling related documentation

  •  Preparing reports and financial statements

  •  Entering and managing data in internal systems

 

Key Requirements:

 

  •  2-3 years of experience as a Customer Support Specialist

  •  Strong knowledge of Excel, Word, and financial documentation processes

  •  Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

  •  Strong communication and negotiation abilities

  •  Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment

  •  Open to feedback and proactive in proposing improvements

 

Languages:

 

 Fluent in Armenian, English, and Russian
