Manager
Working Days: 5 days a week
Schedule: Rotating

Job Responsibilities:
​

general management of the restaurant and strategic planning,
-
regular checks of the restaurant's technical condition,
-
development and implementation of activities to increase profits,
-
coordination of financial activities (the administrator has keys to the main entrance and all rooms, the alarm code, and access to the safe),
-
planning purchases and working with suppliers,
-
monitoring stock reserves and conducting inventory,
-
developing the menu in collaboration with the chef,
-
overseeing the technological processes of food preparation,
-
accounting for sold dishes and beverages, coordinating work with mobile terminals and cash registers,
-
hiring, training, and dismissing staff,
-
defining job responsibilities for employees and monitoring their execution,
-
ensuring adherence to labor discipline, sanitary standards, safety rules, and work schedules,
-
monitoring the service quality for all guests, especially VIPs,
-
resolving conflict situations,
-
communicating with representatives of regulatory authorities,
-
maintaining reports (recording work hours, personnel expenses, major costs, etc.).

Requirements:

politeness and friendliness,

communication skills, clear speech, and knowledge of languages (Armenian, Russian). English knowledge is preferred.

Bartender-Waiter
Working Hours: 2 PM - 2 AM
Working Schedule: 2 days on, 2 days off

taking orders,

serving dishes and beverages,
-
advising customers on the menu, wine list, and bar offerings,
-
serving tables and ensuring cleanliness and order in the establishment. Also, accommodating individual customer preferences and needs, resolving any issues that arise, and creating a pleasant atmosphere for all guests,
-
advising guests according to the restaurant's technical card,
-
setting tables,
-
arranging dishes and kitchen utensils,
-
collecting dishes and sending them for washing,
Requirements:
