8.18 Consulting is looking for a Marketing Manager for its partner AlexaAndrea Winery.

Working Schedule: 6 Days a Week, Full-Time

Job Responsibilities

Develop and implement an integrated marketing plan that aligns with the winery's brand identity and business goals.

Ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Oversee and be part of the creation of engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, blogs, and traditional advertising platforms.

Identify and pursue strategic partnerships and collaborations to expand the winery's reach and enhance brand visibility within the local community and the broader market.

Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, consumer trends, and industry insights to optimize marketing strategies and enhance the overall effectiveness of marketing efforts.

Coordinate and organize promotional events, wine tastings, and community engagement activities to foster customer relationships and increase brand loyalty.

Actively work with Sales Department to present the products

Travel with the team to present the company during international and local events

Actively work with Vine and Wine Foundation to find both local and international opportunities for Marketing
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

Proven experience (5 years) in a senior marketing role within the wine industry or a related field, with a track record of successfully launching and promoting products.

In-depth knowledge of both digital and traditional marketing strategies, including social media marketing, content creation, event management, and brand development.

Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve shared goals and objectives.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and customers.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions to drive marketing performance.

A passion for wine, including trends, consumer preferences, and market dynamics.

Good written and oral knowledge of English and Russian languages.
