8.18 Consulting is looking for a Procurement Specialist for its partner AlexaAndrea Winery.

Working Schedule: 6 Days a Week, Full-Time

Job Responsibilities

Identify and evaluate potential suppliers for raw materials, packaging, equipment, and other operational needs.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring reliable supply chains.

Conduct regular reviews of supplier performance, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with suppliers to secure the best possible terms.

Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials, ensuring optimal stock levels to meet production demands without overstocking.

Coordinate with the Wine production team to forecast material requirements and adjust procurement plans accordingly.

Analyze market trends and assess potential impacts on procurement costs, adjusting strategies as necessary.

Coordinate the receipt and storage of materials.

Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new procurement and supply chain management technologies.

Manage and update wine storage and bottle count for each type of wine in coordination with Sales and Distribution.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the wine and beverage industry.

Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
-
Knowledge of industry-specific local and international regulations and standards.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-
Good knowledge of English and Russian.
