Sales & Marketing Manager
On behalf of our esteemed partner, we are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to join the marketing team of 6-7 people of the reputable international brand hotel and drive their sales and marketing efforts to new heights.​

Job Description:
The Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans to maximize revenue, enhance brand presence, and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry.

Job Responsibilities​

Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve business goals and revenue targets.

Coordinate the management of online and offline marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and traditional advertising.

Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

Collaborate with the hotel management team and HQ to create promotional materials, packages, and special offers.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, travel agents, and industry partners.

Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics, and adjust strategies as needed.

Prepare and present regular reports on sales and marketing activities and results.

Oversee the hotel's brand management to ensure consistency and alignment with brand standards.

Plan and execute events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.
