8.18 Consulting is looking for a Senior Sales Specialist for its partner AlexaAndrea Winery.

Working Schedule: 6 Days a Week, Full-Time

Job Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retail partners.

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.

Provide excellent customer service and follow up on orders to ensure customer satisfaction.

Conduct educational sessions to promote our wines and increase brand awareness.

Collaborate closely with marketing, winemakers teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.

Promote the wines through tastings, events, and presentations.

Educate customers and clients about the unique qualities of the wines.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify opportunities for growth.

Track and report on sales performance, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses for management review.
Required Qualifications
-
Education: Bachelor’s or Master degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.

Experience: Previous experience in sales min 5 years, customer service, or the wine industry is a plus.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Good knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian.
